HERCU J.S.C. was founded in 1991 and is the first
private company in Bulgaria producing forklifts and electric
forklifts.
HERCU J.S.C. is the producer offering the vastest range of forklifts
and electric forklifts in East Europe as to their lifting capacity
and specific requirement of the terminal customers. High- qualified
personnel work in the company.
The company produces 300 forklifts and electric forklifts production
capacity possibilities of 700.
All our products have TIOB CE-Brandenburg-Berlin. HERCU J.S.C.
is the only company for forklifts and electric forklifts certified
as to ISO 9001 standard by Afaq – Ascert – International. |
HERCU J.S.C. produces mainly machines
for export. For the eleven years of producing forklifts and
electric forklifts the company can be a competitor of a number
of exclusively competitive foreign markets as Russia, Singapore,
Malaysia, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Spain, Germany,
Hungary, Belgium, Holland, Croatia, England, Belorussia, America,
Brazil, Argentina etc. We have realized very good sales at
the markets in our neighboring countries, such as Turkey,
Macedonia and Rumania.
The customers of HERCU J.S.C. in Bulgaria are mainly the big
corporations interested in the competitive price as well as
in the quality of the product. Among our customers are: Coca-Cola
in the city of Sofia and in the town of Targovishte, Sofia
Airport, Kozloduy Power Station, Burgas Harbor, Yumikor Med,

The design of all units and assemblies
as well as the finished out shape of the forklifts and electric
forklifts is performed by the technical engineering personnel
of the company. The specialist design in CAD/CAM systems connected
in computer network. The design is done in 3D/dimension/.
The computing of the constructive elements is executed using
the methods of finished. All new designed and produced units
and machines are put on thorough trials and strain measurement.
Purchasing the products of HERCU J.S.C. the customers receives
the whole set of services.
Of a great significance for the sales is the well-established
dealers’ network. Each of the dealers of HERCU J.S.C. responsible
for the different countries has to meet the requirements according
to the standards of the company.
The program provision makes possible the production of details
having complicated configuration and a full repetition of
the details. Each range of forklift chassis is welded on special
stands. By making small re-adjustments of the stands, we can
obtain the chassis of the different lifting capacity.
Lifting device- all design variants, simplex, duplex, triplex,
with side shifters and position leveler. The devices are produced
mainly with Hiosh profile, Germany. The lifting heights are
from 2.8-6.5 meters.
Adjustment and trial- this is the last phase of the production
process before delivering the forklifts to the customers.
The combination of a number of measurements, adjustments and
trials of each forklift are a guarantee for a full covering
of the machines’ parameters, set in the design of the item
and with the additional specific requirements of the customer.
Each of the forklift series that we have produced is awarded
a gold medal.
